Warren Langley - Partner
Warren developed his international
negotiation skills working for both P&G and Molson / Coors. His
commercial understanding was shaped by 15 years of senior roles in
Sales, Category Management and Marketing based in the UK and Russia
and across all functions as the Managing Director of Bass Beers
Worldwide for the Americas based in North America.
As an International Partner, Warren is responsible for ensuring
consistently high standards across all of the 35 country network,
as well as Marketing communications and New Product
Warren continues to champion the development of competency-based
tools to ensure that Scotwork skills are part of sustainable
development in our lead clients. Warren continues to further
Scotwork's strong academic roots and recently concluded a 2 year
research project into the links between negotiator ability and
personality profiles as part of a 5 year MBA programme at Henley
Today Warren is responsible for coaching Negotiation skills both
internally within Scotwork (running Scotwork's extensive Train the
Trainer programme) and externally running consultancy and
programmes with key international clients.
He is a Manchester United season ticket holder.
