Tom Feinson - Consultant - ScotworkTom has over a decade's experience in senior sales and marketing roles.  As National Account Director with Molson Coors, Tom led negotiations with major FMCG retailers and as a Brand Director on Carling, Britain's biggest selling alcoholics drinks brand, he ran the sponsorship & activation departments negotiating with rights holders, with agencies and associated suppliers.

In 2008, Tom left the world of beer, football & music to head for Africa.  As a volunteer media, policy & strategy advisor for VSO he worked with an alliance of NGO's advocating better conditions for women within the context of HIV/Aids. As you can imagine this threw up a whole set of new and unusual negotiating challenges, in particular with government departments and major donors.

Subsequently Tom joined Mobile Transactions Zambia Ltd, a social enterprise operating in the mobile phone banking space, one of the most innovative commercial areas within the development world. He set up their marketing department negotiating their media, agency & merchandising supplier deals as well as establishing a sales training programme.

Tom returned to the UK and joined Scotwork in January 2011.
